Compare UK-licensed casino sites with the terms spelled out.
We review and compare online casinos licensed by the Gambling Commission, set out the welcome offer conditions in plain English, and explain the maths behind the games.
We are an independent comparison and information site. We do not run games, take bets or hold customer funds. Intended for adults 18+ in Great Britain.
UK-licensed sites only
We list operators licensed by the Gambling Commission, checked daily against the public register.
Offer terms explained
Wagering, expiry and eligibility conditions written out in plain English before you decide.
Independent guides
Explainers on house edge, probability and how the games are actually built.
Why we bother
UK Casino Wizard is an independent, slightly nerdy corner of the internet where we take casino games apart to see what makes them tick. House edge, probability, RTP, the psychology of a near miss, the engineering inside a slot cabinet — all of it, explained the way a mate who's read too many maths papers would explain it.
Most gambling content is either a sales pitch or a scare story. Ours is neither. If a claim can't survive a spreadsheet or a peer-reviewed paper, it doesn't make it onto the page. Knowing why a game behaves the way it does is genuinely useful, whether you're studying probability or just curious what's going on behind the flashing lights.
To be crystal clear: we don't run games or take bets. We do link to licensed operators through affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up. That doesn't change what we write — our comparisons are independent, and if a page ever makes gambling look like a plan, we've written it badly.
